Matrimony in Tooborac.Trove Tuesday is a blogging prompt created by Amy from the Branches Leaves and Pollen blog.
(FROM A CORRESPONDENT.)
On April 8th, Ellis-Gilmore. Maggie the eldest daughter of Mr W. Gilmore, of Gap Creek, Tooborac, was married to Mr J. Ellis, eldest son of Mr O. Ellis, of South Heathcote. A large number of friends and relatives of the bride and bridegroom were present to witness the interesting ceremony, after which a sumptuous breakfast was partaken of. Mr M'Master proposed the health of the newly married couple and then a largely attended reception was held, followed by a dance which lasted until the wee sma hours.
